We will be Responsible for the technical documentation of both hardware and software for Disaster Recovery and Administrator of micromuse netcool monitoring infrastructure.

We can create policies, MOP and SOP for Infrastructure lifecycle management, preformed annual review of key policies and procedures. We are able to Work with management responses for SOX audits and key controls as required.
